I forgot my portal password. What do I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the portal login page and follow the prompts to reset it using your registered email or student/staff ID. If you don’t receive a reset link, contact the IT Support Unit for assistance.
The portal isn’t loading or keeps showing an error.
This is often due to browser cache issues or high traffic during peak periods (e.g., results release, registration week). Try clearing your browser cache, using a different browser, or checking again after a few minutes. If the issue persists, report it to IT Support.
How do I get my login credentials for the first time?
New students and staff receive login details via their official school email upon registration/onboarding. If you haven’t received yours, contact the Registrar’s Office (students) or Human Resources (staff).
Can I access the portal on my phone?
Yes, the portal is mobile-responsive and can be accessed through any smartphone browser. For the best experience, we recommend using Chrome or Safari.
